In Barclaycard epdq it is possible to take phone/manual orders (in Operations>New Transactions) that are marked as Moto. Barclaycard have said to me "any MOTO transaction needs to be flagged as such; the back office New Transaction screen would do so natively, whereas a Direct Link request would have a specific input parameter (ECI) declaring the transaction as MOTO."
Most 'Phone order' plugins do not do this, they are simply adding 'Pay as customer' functions. We could create Moto orders natively in Barclaycard, but then we need to enter all the customer details twice, once on our site and again on the Barclaycard site. It would be great if when creating a new order on Woocommerce, there was a link to 'Pay by Moto' which then takes you to make Moto payment, and prefills all the customer/order fields. Or it could work in another way, but anything to help us do the Moto payments legitimately (and efficiently) would be great!
Thank you!
